He is not very talkative. He is very serious in doing his work(bookkeeping, proofreading, and debugging, etc.). He is the fastest typist and script writer in the field of digital informatics. He is hard to talk to, since he seems to frown all the time. He will give a lecture when you are incorrect or out of line. He would make a virus specially for you if you piss him off, which is a very bad thing, since it really grows/scatters fast and will short circuit everything electronic you have before it turns down the powergrid. But oddly, it only affects the specific area that he wants to hit.

He will, however, celebrate, smile, and laugh when it is appropriate, or when he gets drunk(w/c is very easily). He loves oranges and tangerines, and he specially loves Vinini. He allots time for him and Vinini to get together and cheer her up.

He is born blind and handicapped(elbow down). Nohaha gave him interior and exterior devices to fix this. The mouse adjusts his vision. His hands are prosthetic and does not have fixed joints. When he was young, he lived with his sister, Masese(a nurse); until he is put under the wing of Nohaha. Nohaha trained him very well, since Offonon wants to learn and eventually pay him back. He can also make his own inventions, but mostly do secretary work for Nohaha.
